Lehrberg (dpa / lby) – A 52-year-old hunter injured himself when his high seat suddenly fell over. The seat in the forest near Lehrberg (Ansbach district) is said to have been sabotaged, the police said on Tuesday. Normally, the ladder to the seat pan is fastened higher up with a strap. According to the police, this was open on Monday evening, which the hunter did not notice. It is still unclear who is responsible for the sabotage and thus for the accident. The man fell from a height of about four meters on the forest floor. He injured his hip, hands and face. He drove himself to the hospital for an examination.
