Piding (dpa / lby) – A fire broke out in an apartment building in Upper Bavaria, probably due to a lightning strike. According to the police on Tuesday, it is currently suspected that the lightning strike on Monday evening had triggered the fire in the roof structure in Piding (Berchtesgadener Land district). Nobody was injured in the fire. There was damage in the higher five-digit range.
