Marktredwitz (dpa / lby) – An aggressive man attacked a group in Upper Franconia with a kitchen knife. According to the police, the suspect threatened the young people for reasons that have not yet been clarified on Saturday night in the parking lot of a supermarket in Marktredwitz (Wunsiedel district). A scuffle ensued. A 23-year-old suffered minor injuries in the hand. The suspect fled but was pursued by a young man whom he held at a distance with implied stabbing movements. A patrol finally caught him. The police are investigating the man on suspicion of dangerous bodily harm.
