Munich (dpa / lby) – The new head of the Munich district administration department, Hanna Sammüller-Gradl, does not want to be a “black sheriff”. “Black sheriff doesn’t suit me at all. Such a sheriff often only sees what’s not going well,” said the first KVR boss when she took office this Friday of the “Abendzeitung”. “For me, a young person’s need for exchange is just as important as a local resident’s need for peace and quiet.”

Sammüller-Gradl succeeded Thomas Böhle this July and is the first woman to hold this position. The KVR is the security and regulatory authority of the state capital and responsible for many things that affect the citizens of Munich in everyday life. The area of ??responsibility includes, for example, the public order office, the road traffic authority, the passport authority, the registry office and the foreigners authority.
