Berlin (dpa / lby) – Just six weeks after the birth of her daughter, double Olympic champion Jessica von Bredow-Werndl wants to make her comeback. According to the organizer, the dressage rider from Tuntenhausen in Bavaria will start at the dressage tournament in Ludwigsburg, which begins on September 21st. The 36-year-old rider became a mother for the second time in mid-August.
After the double gold in Tokyo and the three gold medals at the EM 2021, von Bredow-Werndl missed the World Cup in Denmark in August. At the World Cup finals in Leipzig at the beginning of April, which she won riding while pregnant, she announced that she would be taking a break from competition because of her pregnancy.
