Hof (dpa / lby) – A pensioner hit a 28-year-old in the face after an accident in Upper Franconia. The 28-year-old driver had overlooked the 78-year-old’s vehicle when turning into a parking lot in Hof, the police said on Thursday. According to the police, the elderly man felt chest pain after the accident on Wednesday. The two men got into an argument, in which the pensioner first insulted the younger man with adult expressions and then slapped him in the face. Both men are now under investigation. The property damage is estimated at 25,000 euros.
