Hof (dpa / lby) – An unknown attacked a supermarket in Hof and stole several hundred euros in cash. The cashier suffered a shock and received medical treatment, according to the police headquarters in Upper Franconia. Accordingly, the man came into the shop on Friday afternoon, demanded cash from the employee, reached into the cash register and ran away with the money. A search was initially unsuccessful. It was not immediately clear whether the man had a gun with him. A police spokesman said it is not currently assumed.
