Fremdingen (dpa / lby) – When feeding a pony, a seven-year-old was injured at a riding school. She and her mother visited the farm near Fremdingen (Donau-Ries district) on Friday, the police said on Saturday. While the mother ran to a meadow, the seven-year-old secretly climbed into a pony box to feed the animal carrots. She was pushed by the pony, fell her head against the bars and lacerated her head.

Because there was a suspicion that the pony could have kicked the girl’s head, the child was flown to the hospital in a rescue helicopter. However, he was only slightly injured.
