Munich (dpa / lby) – Bavaria’s largest travel and leisure fair starts on Ash Wednesday in Munich. Until Sunday, over 850 exhibitors will be showing highlights from the areas of travel, camping, outdoor, water sports, fitness and cycling in six halls of the exhibition center. Visitors not only get an overview of the market, they can also book trips directly and test products on site and buy them right away. An extensive supporting program with stage shows and lectures is also planned.
The Free will be opened on Wednesday morning by Munich’s Lord Mayor Dieter Reiter (SPD) and the Croatian Minister of Tourism and Sports, Nikolina Brnjac. Croatia is this year’s partner country of the Free. Parallel to the leisure fair, the international motorcycle exhibition Imot takes place from Friday to Sunday. The Free ticket is also valid for visiting Imot.
