Berchtesgaden (dpa / lby) – In the Upper Bavarian town of Berchtesgaden, a truck fell from a bridge into a river. According to the police, the two men in the truck luckily only suffered minor injuries in the accident on Monday. The van drove first against a crash barrier and then against a wall, finally the truck overturned and landed in the Berchtesgadener Ache. As a police spokesman explained, a failure of the brakes is the cause of the accident. It took several hours to recover the crashed truck.
