Munich (dpa / lby) – Greens, SPD and FDP want to work up the cost explosion in the second Munich S-Bahn trunk line and the financing of the Nuremberg Future Museum in two separate committees of inquiry. This was announced on Tuesday from opposition circles in the state parliament, the “Süddeutsche Zeitung” was the first to report about it. The three opposition factions want to present details at a press conference this Wednesday morning in the state parliament.

This means that there will be four investigative committees in the state parliament in the state election year – at least in the recent past this is a new record. A first such body is already dealing with the mask affair, a second again with the racially motivated crimes of the “National Socialist Underground”.
