Augsburg (dpa / lby) – A wolf has been sighted in the Upper Palatinate. According to the State Office for the Environment (LfU) in Augsburg, a woman in the Neustadt an der Waldnaab district noticed and photographed the animal on Friday near her farm. After viewing the material, it could be confirmed that it was a wolf, a spokesman for the LfU said on Thursday. The Bayerischer Rundfunk had previously reported on it. Site-loyal wolves live in the district.
