Ramerberg (dpa / lby) – A woman in Upper Bavaria was seriously injured in an accident with a carriage. According to the police, the 49-year-old was in the vehicle on Sunday when one of the two horses in front of it was to be trained. The two animals shied away from a previously unknown cause, tore themselves loose and galloped over a tree trunk lying on the ground in Ramerberg (Rosenheim district).
According to the information, the carriage and driver were thrown through the air. The 49-year-old came to rest in a meadow. She was then taken to a hospital with serious injuries. Police said the horses were unharmed.
