Bavaria: Woman is caught at level crossing by train and dies

Pfarrkirchen (dpa / lby) – A woman was hit by a train in Lower Bavaria and then died. The police said she entered an unrestricted level crossing on Thursday and probably did not see the approaching train. The woman succumbed to her serious injuries at the scene of the accident near Pfarrkirchen (Rottal-Inn district). The emergency doctor could only determine her death. Police say the exact cause of the accident has yet to be determined.
