Bad Wörishofen (dpa / lby) – Because of an argument and stone throwing among four young people, a train in Swabia had to brake hard. As the police announced on Tuesday, the young people had argued on Monday evening at the train station in Bad Wörishofen (Unterallgäu district). At first the youngsters just yelled at each other, but soon one of the four started throwing stones at the others. The trio then ran across the tracks and hit the stone thrower. The train driver of an incoming train had to slam on the brakes and suffered a shock. He went to see a doctor after the incident.

The youth who threw the stones was waiting for the police at the scene. The other three disappeared and were initially not found. The federal police are now investigating physical injury and dangerous intervention in rail traffic.
