Much has been written about the political, ideological and personal rupture between Pablo Iglesias and Íñigo Errejón, the great pillars of we can, but for the first one of them narrates in the first person how that long process of deterioration was and what was the trigger in which
Everything changed between the two.
The rest is already history: confrontation between both in the congress of Vistalegre II to control the party and, finally, the split that divided we can and to more country.

The details are revealed by Erréjón in his book with everything.
From the fast years to the future (planet), an exhaustive review of how he thought and lived those trimmed years who were number two of we can.

The point of no return was March 2016. A deputy that today is in more Madrid is left open on its tablet some chats with other fellow Errejonistas of the party in which they find their strategic differences with Pablo Iglesias, then absolutely against facilitating the
Investiture of Pedro Sánchez, who had an agreement with citizens.

In that chat are Sergio Pascual, then Secretary of Organization, and Errejón, number two of the purple formation.
Whoever discovers these messages is taught to churches, which considers that a “attack on unity and disloyalty” is being perpetrated.
“And he prepares an answer.”

Churches cites Pascual -Mano Right of Errejón and intimate friend – and dismisses him fully.
So far, everything already known, but the novelty is in what Errejón said that happened when he went up to talk with churches to his office.

The conversation is “very painful and hard,” he says, “and I say that Sergio’s crime is mine too.”
“That if they throw Sergio, he has to throw me too.
But I’m still number two of we can. ”
Next, Errejón narrates what was “literally” the answer: “It is true, but with you I can not yet.”

“If someone was less weight, it would be over there, but since it is not like that, the question has to be resolved in a congress,” he explains.

That the talk was hard and shocking could be seen when Errejón kept a thunderous silence for days, which he realized the severity of that crisis.
Errejón says that Pascual urged him to break down publicly with churches: “Íñigo, you are not worthy for the tasks of organization.
You just cut you one arm, which is me.
You will not survive.
If we do not react, then you will leave others, “he warned him.

And so it was, but in a much more anguished and wear process that, recognizes Errejón, affected him very emotionally and physically.

It describes those years as trapped and cornered by the “clique” and the pressures of churches and explains the intrahistory of the many public and soterrated battles that occurred in we can.
But he emphasizes that the relevant was the ideological and strategic rupture with him for “a post-popular party” that abandoned “the transversal and populist strategy”.

The book reviews how the “war” of Vistalegre II is reached and produces and makes self-critical with its failures.
“It was still a mistake not to present myself to Secretary General, but we did not live it as a fight for power, but of hypotheses.”
Despite defeat, he still did not think about leaving.
It was when we can pulled out the tramabúús. “” The expression of everything we did not want to be, “when he first raised churches that he was leaving for the first time.
“In this game I will not survive,” says Errejón.

It was from there when Iglesias offers him to be a candidate in Madrid – with the idea of going to the town hall.
And he re-threatens to go to the community and convince Manuela Carmena to repeat.
But soon everything is twisted and the wear and the carmena carrier propitiate the split of it.

Precedents.
He justifies that they had a manation, without autonomy, without resources and without being able to control the campaign.
“The event that will precipitate my decision …”

Carmena
“Manuela is used to manuela the possibility of choosing her team and another is imposed.”
The errejonists rebel and are expelled.
«From that day I am in we can but I am no longer from we can.”

Cleavage.
Errejón loses his voice for two weeks.
He makes the decision “in silence, without being able to talk to anyone.”
“It’s over, if we kill ourselves, we kill ourselves but we’re not going to let die.”
