A police officer killed his three daughters at their home in Vémars (Val-d’Oise) this Sunday afternoon before committing suicide, as AFP has learned from the French Prosecutor’s Office, confirming information from Le Parisien.
The agent killed his three daughters, born in 2013, 2016 and 2018, according to the Pontoise Prosecutor’s Office, in “a complicated family context.” The bodies were found by two of the father’s companions.
The mother of the three girls, who was in a state of shock, was treated by emergency services, the Prosecutor’s Office said.
The police officer was attached to the Air Transport Brigade (BGTA) at Roissy airport. The investigation has been entrusted to the Versailles Investigation Unit.
