Accordingly, the mortal remains of the star were handed over to the flames on August 18th. Heche is buried in Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles, California. The date of the funeral is not yet known.
The actress will be laid to rest at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in the heart of the film mecca alongside numerous legends of the dream factory. The cemetery has existed since 1899 and is directly adjacent to the Paramount Studios site. For example, Judy Garland, known from “The Wizard of Oz”, Burt Reynolds and Anton Yelchin, who died tragically at the age of only 27, were buried here.
Anne Heche, who became popular with hit films such as “Six Days, Seven Nights” and the TV series “Ally McBeal”, had an accident on August 5 with her Mini-Cooper in the Mar Vista district of Los Angeles. After days of worrying for friends and family, the sad news followed on August 12: Heche was declared brain dead. At her own request, her organs could be donated.
