Bad Wildungen (dpa / lhe) – A 20-year-old driver died in an accident in Bad Wildungen (Waldeck-Frankenberg district) on Saturday night. The police headquarters in North Hesse announced on Saturday that he had left the road on a sloping road in the Odershausen district for reasons that are unclear. The 20-year-old was rescued from the car by the fire department, but died at the scene of the accident despite attempts by an emergency doctor to revive him. For initially unknown reasons, his vehicle caught fire and burned out.
Police estimate the damage to property at around $5,000. The competent public prosecutor commissioned an expert opinion on the course of the accident, it said.
