Kassel (dpa / lhe) – In a dispute in Kassel, a 34-year-old is said to have hit a man with his car and seriously injured him. The 34-year-old spoke to a patrol from the city police on Tuesday evening, the police said on Wednesday. According to him, a man had previously threatened him with a stun gun. Officers found the man in question in a parking lot with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. He was taken to the hospital with multiple broken bones.
According to initial findings, the 34-year-old met a 30-year-old woman in his car. The 39-year-old, who therefore knew the woman, approached the car and got into an argument with the 34-year-old. What happened next was initially unclear. The 39-year-old accuses the 34-year-old of intentionally hitting him with his car. This, in turn, claims that the 39-year-old threatened him with a blank gun.
The police are now investigating the background to the altercation. The 34-year-old is being investigated for bodily harm, and the 39-year-old has to answer for threats, among other things.
