Darmstadt (dpa/lhe) – After a car collided with a tram in downtown Darmstadt, public transport there was significantly impaired on Monday. A 20-year-old driver collided with the oncoming tram when turning left at a city junction, the police reported. Nobody got hurt. The man’s car had to be towed. The tram was able to continue its journey. The property damage is estimated at around 10,000 euros.
