Weilmünster (dpa / lhe) – A fire in an apartment building in Weilmünster (Limburg-Weilburg district) caused property damage of around 250,000 euros. The seven residents of the house were unharmed in the fire on Sunday night, a police spokesman said. The residents who could not leave the building themselves were brought to safety by the fire brigade via the balconies. The house is currently uninhabitable. According to initial findings, the fire broke out on a first-floor balcony. The cause of the fire initially remained unclear.
