Hesse: Man seriously injured in rear-end collision: A3 fully blocked

Limburg (dpa/lhe) – A full closure after an accident near Limburg has slowed traffic on the busy Autobahn 3 in the direction of Cologne. A traffic jam of four kilometers in length formed on Thursday morning after a truck caught fire, a police spokesman said. A driver then drove into the end of the traffic jam and overturned the car. The man was seriously injured and taken to the hospital. It was not immediately known when the full closure would be lifted.
