It is reserved for bicycles and starts on Monday July 4, with the Agnel Pass, and ends on Saturday July 9, with a “gravel” session between Ceillac & Guillestre.
The Guillestrois, Queyras and Hautes-Vallees tourist offices and Serre Chevalier Valley Briancon have teamed up to offer a unique operation for cycling enthusiasts: a week of “reserved pass” weeks, which will run from July 4-9. Bicycles will have the opportunity to chain races on mountain passes roads like Granon, Galibier, Izoard and Granon.
This week of two-wheelers will be closed with a “gravel” session connecting Guillestre and Ceillac on Saturday, July 9. As a souvenir, each participant will receive a wooden plate from Acanthernel, which was funded by the three tourist offices, at the top of each pass.
These operations allow everyone to come and go as they please. He will make the most of the lack of traffic between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. You don’t need to register. Just bring your bike.
