A 79 year-old woman was sentenced by the Gap court to 12 months imprisonment suspended on 18-month probation. She was accused of setting fire to a Crots neighbor’s car in 2015, and for sending threats letters to gendarmes between 2015 and 2017. Friday, July 8 was the day of the deliberations.
The septuagenarian is also required to fix her home and not appear in the Hautes-Alpes region. An order prohibiting the possession of a weapon that is subject to authorization has been issued. The defendant must compensate civil parties for more than 9,000 euro.
