The “Bachelorette” and “Princess Charming” are currently looking for great love on RTL and RTL respectively. So it’s high time that a man got his chance again. So now the new “Prince Charming” is in the starting blocks. His name: Fabian Fuchs.
Summer is here. And if you don’t have spring fever yet, you really can’t help it. That’s why RTL is already dating on TV and streaming on RTL as much as it can. For example, “Bachelorette” Sharon Battiste is currently looking for her dream man, as is “Princess Charming” Hanna Sökeland for the right woman by her side.
But watch out! The next dating format is already casting its shadow again. “Prince Charming” will start its fourth season on RTL in autumn. And who, after Nicolas Puschmann, Alexander Schäfer and Kim Tränka, will mimic the heartbreaker of around 20 single men this time is already certain: Fabian Fuchs.
The 33-year-old lives in Berlin and works in the management of an internet company. The fact that he has to travel to the Greek island of Rhodes to film “Prince Charming” certainly doesn’t bother him. After all, a thirst for adventure is one of his hobbies. It is said that he has already visited over 30 countries on six continents.
“I have a lot of energy and a zest for life. In a relationship, I’m looking for someone with whom I can steal horses,” Fuchs explains his claim. And he adds: “Anyone who brings humor and a little lightness can score well with me. I also find it very sexy when men pursue ambitious goals in life. Sportiness for joint activities is also a big plus.”
His role as the rooster in the basket on the show deserves respect, as “Prince Charming” admits: “Because it means having to do justice to many men and still decide on the right one in the end. That brings next to one great responsibility also comes with a lot of feelings.”
Maybe the format is just the right way for Fuchs to get to know a partner. When it comes to online dating, “we don’t manage to make relationships out of it,” he finally explains. “On the other hand, I get to know great men in real life who just want to remain non-binding, although I can imagine more. What appeals to me about the show is that all men have the same goal of finding love and a certain one for it Bring openness.” With his participation, he also wants to set an example, emphasizes Fuchs: “Especially in a heteronormative society, it is important to provide information and to show that queer people are looking for love just like everyone else. Target group The show is also the ‘hetero community’, which should see that the topics of love are always the same – no matter who loves whom.”
