The rumor cycle on the next iPhone is almost as predictable as the Apple applies to its range of products.
Since new phones are always launched in September, mid-summer it is possible to get an idea of how they are going to be.
This year was not going to be different and the Bloomberg economic publication, citing own sources, has already advanced some of the surprises we will see on the new devices, which could be known as iPhone 13 or iPhone 12S.
From the design the design will be very similar to that of the current models, but with a fundamental difference: the famous Notch, the frontal area that houses the Chamber of Selfies and the Faceid sensor, will be something smaller.
Not much, but enough for something more space to graphic elements on the screen.
The main protagonist of this year’s iPhone will be the camera again, which Apple will improve both in sensor and lens performance and the software that facilitates capturing images and video.
The leaks from the production chain in recent weeks and a new camera module, with a more luminous wide-angle lens, a sensor with larger photoreceptors (which helps capture more light and reduce noise in the images
) and a new disposition of the different optics.
But now it is known that there will be important changes in software.
According to Bloomberg, the new phones will be able to record videos in portrait mode, artificially dismissing the background of the scenes to highlight the subject as you can do with still images.
This feature is already present in some high-end smartphones with Android operating system, but until now it did not enter the capabilities of the iPhone.
Apple will also premiere a new mode of video ProRors with higher quality when it comes to recording.
This mode, presumably, will allow color settings and detail with more flexibility than the current coding system.
Finally, Apple will premiered new artificial intelligence filters that will be able to recognize the different scenes at when applying adjustments on exposure, brightness, color and final aspect of the images.
As usual, the new iPhone will also premiere a new generation of processors, which in this case will be known as A15.
This chip, designed by Apple, will be manufactured as in previous years in the TSMC plants, in this case with a process of 5 nm.
Several analysts point out that Apple has asked for 100 million chips to the company, the largest order made to date.
The new iPhone will also be the first to use a high-speed refresh screen, a common feature on other market phones but Apple had only implemented on the iPad so far.
The company, according to Bloomberg, plans to launch four different iPhone models, as last year, in three different sizes.
It is expected that the announcement of the new iPhones will happen, as other years, in the second week of September.
