FORT PLAIN – A 21-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly engaging in unwanted sexual activity with a 13-year-old girl, Montgomery County sheriff’s investigators said.
Tyler S. Crewell of Mohawk Street was charged with second-degree rape, a felony, after the girl’s mother filed a complaint against Crewell, deputies said.
Deputies interviewed the 13-year-old and issued a warrant for his arrest. Crewell voluntarily turned himself in.
