Blowatz (dpa/mv) – A fire in an empty single-family house in Blowatz (Northwest Mecklenburg district) caused damage of half a million euros. This was announced by the police in Wismar on Tuesday. To extinguish the thatched building, 84 emergency services from several volunteer fire brigades were deployed. The criminal police began investigations into the cause of the fire on Monday evening.
