Güstrow (dpa / mv) – A driver was critically injured in a head-on collision between two cars in the Rostock district. The accident happened on Friday on Landesstraße 11 between the Neuendorf junction and the Trechow junction, the Güstrow police said. According to initial findings, the two vehicles collided when one of the drivers suddenly wanted to turn.
The suspected cause of the accident was life-threateningly injured, the occupants of the second car seriously. All three were taken to a hospital for further treatment. Police found drugs and cash in the driver’s car. Further investigations have been initiated. One lane of the state road was completely closed for the clean-up and rescue work.
