Rostock (dpa / mv) – Handball second division Empor Rostock meets in the first round of the DHB Cup in a home game on the league rival HSG Nordhorn-Lingen. That was the result of the draw on Tuesday at the Handball Bundesliga in Cologne. The game will be played on the weekend of April 27th and 28th. August. The Northern Bundesliga side around defending champions THW Kiel, SG Flensburg-Handewitt and HSV Hamburg only intervene in the second round in October. The final tournament, which has moved from Hamburg to Cologne, will take place on April 15 and 16, 2023.
