Schwerin (dpa/mv) – The executive president of the chambers of industry and commerce in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (IHK) calls for immediate and concrete implementation of the aid announced by the federal government in the energy crisis. “Now is the time for quick action, for quick decisions. Every day counts, because the entrepreneurs are on fire,” said Matthias Belke at the annual reception of the Schwerin Chamber of Industry and Commerce on Friday.
Prime Minister Manuela Schwesig (SPD) said in her welcoming address that the planned rescue package would create planning security for the economy and that an energy and gas price brake would relieve the burden on citizens and companies. “The coming months will certainly not be easy,” she said, but she is convinced that we will overcome this time together.
