Schwerin (dpa/mv) – The state government invites you to the first citizens’ forums in Wismar, Dassow, Schwerin and Rostock on Tuesday to talk about the challenges of the energy crisis. “The rising energy prices concern us all. The state government takes the concerns of the citizens, but also of the companies in the state, very seriously. That is why we in the cabinet decided to invite citizens to forums throughout the state,” said the Prime Minister last Thursday Manuela Schwesig (SPD) announcing the series. She herself is expected on Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the Geschwister-Scholl-Gymnasium in Wismar.
Until Friday, citizens’ forums will take place in all districts and urban districts. According to the Prime Minister, the cabinet members want to talk to people about affordable energy, government support and the energy transition.
