Neustrelitz (dpa/mv) – A criminal offense threatened by lettering resulted in police admission controls on Children’s Day at a school in Neustrelitz (Mecklenburg Lake District). As a police spokeswoman said on Tuesday, an unknown person had written on a school toilet that several teachers and students were to be attacked and injured on Wednesday. The headmistress discovered the lettering on Tuesday and reported the scrawl, so investigations by the criminal police followed.
So far, the author could not be found. So far, however, there have been no cancellations of classes. As a result, there should be entry controls and searches by police officers on the morning of June 1st. According to the school authorities, around 360 students in grades five to ten learn at the school.
