Anklam (dpa/mv) – Four people were injured in a head-on collision between two cars near Anklam in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district, three of them seriously. They came to surrounding hospitals, the police said on Sunday evening. According to this, a 70-year-old had lost control of his car around noon for reasons that were previously unclear. The senior got into the opposite lane and crashed into the car of a 21-year-old. He and his 20-year-old passenger were seriously injured, as was the 70-year-old’s passenger. The person who caused the accident suffered minor injuries. The police are now investigating him for endangering road traffic.
