Rostock (dpa / mv) – The Rostock Seawolves failed to restart in the basketball Bundesliga after the two-week international break. The promoted team lost to Mitteldeutsche BC on Saturday after a poor performance with 78:102 (39:52) and thus suffered their twelfth defeat in the 22nd game. The best pitcher in head coach Christian Held’s team was playmaker JeQuan Lewis with 22 points.
The Seawolves didn’t get into the game at all at first. Only after the interim 8:20 did the game of the guests improve a little, and the gap shrank to seven points at the end of the quarter.
