Mutual Madrileña has purchased 100% of Elparking and IMBric mobility platforms to Portobello Capital.
The operation has already been approved by the advocacy advice of both entities and hope that it is concrete in the coming months.

The insurer has explained in a statement that this movement is framed in its strategic plan 2021-2023, whose main objective is to continue diversifying and growing in the field of urban mobility services.
So far, no more details of the transaction have been known.
