Hagen (dpa / lnw) – With 2.6 per thousand alcohol in the blood, a cyclist was stopped by the police in Hagen on Thursday evening. The 40-year-old was traveling in clear wavy lines and was noticed by passers-by, the police said on Friday. His bike was not lit. When the officers wanted to check the man, he almost fell off his bike. The cyclist had to give a blood sample, a procedure awaits him.
