Bochum (dpa / lnw) – A Bochum family doctor has to answer to the court from Friday (10:00 a.m.) for issuing allegedly incorrect health certificates. He is accused of having issued certificates for exemption from the corona mask requirement without medical necessity. The charges date back to July-November 2020. The 77-year-old is said to have not examined the patients beforehand. The Bochum doctor ran in the 2021 federal election as a candidate for the “Die Basis” party. The Bochum district court has scheduled four days of trial for the process.
