Düsseldorf (dpa / lnw) – Second division soccer team Fortuna Düsseldorf goes into the game against Hansa Rostock with considerable personnel worries. Coach Daniel Thioune currently only has 14 players from the professional squad available for the game on Saturday evening (8.30 p.m. / Sport1 and Sky). With a number of players injured, the squad needs to be filled with talent for the game.
“I’m in the mood to bring energy to the pitch with the guys that are available to me,” said Thioune on Thursday. In addition, the game is a chance for some reservists. “I have some players from the second row who have already barked. Now they can bite. I expect that from them,” said Thioune.
