Nettetal (dpa / lnw) – During a check on the Autobahn 61 near Nettetal (Viersen district), the federal police seized ecstasy tablets worth around 385,000 euros in a car. The 35-year-old driver had been arrested for the time being, the authority said on Friday. Accordingly, he transported the 15.4 kilogram plastic bag with drugs behind his driver’s seat. According to the police, the operation was already on Tuesday afternoon. The Essen customs investigation office has started investigations, it said.
