Dortmund (dpa / lnw) – With a speed of 113, the Dortmund police flashed a driver in a 30 zone. The 27-year-old was out and about in the city center on Tuesday night and got into a check with which the police wanted to take action against the speeding scene. Police said his car and driver’s license were secured on the spot.
