Minden (dpa / lnw) – In the process of an elevator in front of a politician’s private house, the accused denied all allegations on Friday. According to the indictment, he is said to have called for the march to the house of Katharina Bölling (CDU) in Minden during a walk against corona measures in early 2022. Before that, he is said to have insulted the then district administrator of the Minden-Lübbecke district with a Nazi comparison.
The defendant had his defense attorney read a statement to the Minden district court. Accordingly, he had nothing to do with the walk and, as a cyclist, passed the walk more by chance. Then he spontaneously joined. During the corona pandemic, he started researching and had doubts. He had the former Federal Health Minister Jens Spahn (CDU) described as a bank employee through his lawyer, and the Berlin virologist Christian Drosten as a theorist. He didn’t want to be dictated to by either of them.
The dentist, who runs two branches, has to answer for an unregistered meeting and insult to a public figure. The district court plans to announce a verdict on Friday
