Siegen (dpa / lnw) – A 39-year-old was arrested during a police operation in Siegen. The officials followed an indication that the 39-year-old was said to have operated a motorized scooter in his apartment, the police said early Friday morning. The emergency services could not confirm this when they checked the apartment. Nevertheless, the man escaped from the apartment in Siegen-Geisweid and was finally arrested in Siegen-Weidenau. Special forces were also involved in the search. Further details were initially unclear. The criminal police are investigating.
