Herten (dpa / lnw) – When searching an apartment in Herten in the Recklinghausen district, the police found several so-called apparent weapons. According to a police statement on Wednesday, officials discovered non-functional replicas – some made of papier-mâché. The resident of the apartment was released from custody on Tuesday. First the fire brigade and then the police searched the apartment building from the basement to the attic for indications of possibly stored dangerous substances. The police had already given the all-clear on Tuesday evening.
