Dortmund (dpa / lnw) – A man sprayed irritant gas at the Dortmund U-Bahn station Stadtgarten on Wednesday afternoon. A total of 14 people were injured, including the suspect himself, police said. According to initial investigations, the trigger was a ticket inspection, said a spokeswoman. Seven injured had to be taken to hospitals for treatment. The alleged perpetrator was treated as an outpatient at the subway station and was sent off, and a complaint will be filed against him. The “WAZ” had previously reported.
