Bonn (dpa / lnw) – Three men were arrested on Saturday during a SEK operation in a Bonn hotel. At noon, an emergency call was received that a 42-year-old in the hotel might be threatened. “Since it could not be ruled out that those involved were armed, special forces from the NRW police were also deployed as the operation progressed,” said a police spokesman. The SEK people had temporarily arrested the 42-year-old and two other men, and a taser had also been used, it said. One of the men was slightly injured. The investigation into the background continued, according to the police spokesman, but he did not initially give any further details. At no time were other people in danger, he emphasized – neither hotel guests nor employees.
