Essen (dpa / lnw) – Women’s Bundesliga club SGS Essen has committed Ramona Meier. The 26-year-old attacker from second division club FC Ingolstadt will sign a two-year contract when they finished tenth in the table last season. “In recent years she has proven with her goal rate in the 2nd division that she is a top striker. In addition, Ramona will do us good with her character and experience as a well-established personality on and off the pitch,” said coach Markus Högner on Tuesday quoted in a club announcement.
