Löhne (dpa / lnw) – A truck fell on its side on the A30 near Löhne. A 39-year-old truck driver lost control of the truck on Saturday morning when leaving the A30 at the Gohfeld junction, the police said. The vehicle overturned on its right side and came to a standstill. The car was loaded with scrap metal, said a police spokesman. A police photo showed the contents lying on a slope. The driver was therefore unharmed. It was initially unclear why he lost control of the truck. A crane recovered the truck and load. The police estimated the property damage at around 100,000 euros.
