84,798 Corona cases were reported to the RKI yesterday.

In the previous week comparison, there is a clear minus of 21 percent.

This is the seventh consecutive business day of a week-on-week decline.

And: the current value is the lowest for a working day since June 17, i.e. for 6 weeks.

The 7-day average of new cases drops to 78,312.

This is the lowest reading since June 24.

In a week-on-week comparison, the 7-day average falls even further into the red at minus 18 percent.

The incidence continues to fall today, from 630 to 607.

It drops in 15 of the 16 federal states, the exception being Hesse.

In the previous week comparison, all 16 federal states are in the red.

153 corona deaths were reported to the RKI yesterday, 40 more than a week ago.

In total we are now at 678 deceased this week.

That is already more than in any of the previous nine calendar weeks.
